At RE&UP, certifications and partnerships are not just compliance checkboxes, they are deliberate choices that guide our approach to circularity, transparency, and responsibility for both planet and people. Every standard we meet and every alliance we join reinforces our commitment to designing products for continuous reuse, ethical practices, and systemic impact.

Our approach toSustainability.

At RE&UP, sustainability is not a department, a narrative, or a distant commitment. It is an operating principle that shapes how we design technology, make investments, select partners, and scale across geographies.

More

Our responsibility is to ensure that environmental and social commitments are technically rigorous, measurable, and embedded into everyday decision-making. Ambition matters, but credibility is built through delivery.

We operate in an environment where terminology evolves rapidly and expectations accelerate. In such a landscape, we prioritize scientific integrity, transparent methodologies, and alignment with globally recognised frameworks. When we speak about impact, we intend to demonstrate it with evidence, not decoration.

I have always been motivated by challenge. I have never been comfortable with what is considered impossible, nor patient with postponement. Turning ambition into action requires courage across the organisation, and in this respect, I have been fortunate to have the strong and continuous support of our Chairman.

For a sustainability leader, the greatest advantage is not simply being allowed to pursue goals or dreams. It is working with leadership that expects you to aim higher and imagine further than you initially thought possible.

Progress at scale depends on people. Bringing together specialists who combine industrial expertise, analytical capability, and implementation discipline is fundamental to how we move forward. RE&UP’s strength is our ability to transform advanced expertise into solutions that function reliably in real markets.

Our patented technologies, our move from innovation to industrialisation, and our growing international footprint signal something essential: circularity becomes relevant only when it performs under real operating conditions. If it cannot scale, it cannot lead change.

With leadership comes responsibility. We constantly ask ourselves:
Can it be better?
Can it be more efficient?
Can it be proven?

The answers must be yes and defensible.

The global transition toward circular systems will be shaped not by intention, but by implementation. At RE&UP, this is where we stand and where we will continue to invest our knowledge, our discipline, and our determination.

We believe sustainability must be able to enter trade and strengthen it. Here, responsible practice is not paperwork placed above the organisation, nor a set of rules imposed on teams. We move forward through collaboration, explanation, and shared ownership. We take the time to clarify why certain decisions are necessary, how they protect the company, and how they create durable value.

When our own people are convinced, implementation becomes natural. What follows is measurable performance and verified progress, not polished marketing language.
